Brockport Iditarod Racer, Buffalo Bills Recruits and Toys R Us Announcement

Brockport Native Noah Pereira completed his second Iditarod Race in Alaska. He completed the race this past Thursday in Nome, Alaska. The 2014 Brockport High School grad placed 31st out of the 67 competitors.

The Buffalo Bills signed two free agent offensive linemen. Despite the team’s current salary cap the bills signed on Bengals four year starter, Russell Bodine, on a two-year contract.  In addition the team also signed on tackler Marshall Newhouse to a one-year deal.

“Toys R Us” filed for bankruptcy. The nation mourns the loss of Toy giant “Toys R Us” after the company announced that it had filed for bankruptcy last monday. It is unclear whether or not the company will shut down all retail locations. Walmart and Target bought out some of the remaining toys for their own shelves and Amazon purchased the rest.
