A former Brockport kindergarten teacher plead guilty to child pornography charges. 31-year-old Roland Yockel The Second, a resident of Hilton, was discovered by undercover investigators around May of 2017 distributing sexually explicit images online. Yockel is set to be sentenced June 14th.
Trevor Noah, popular comedian and host of Comedy Central’s “The Daily Show” has added an additional performance time to his upcoming Rochester visit to the Kodak Center on Friday, May 4th. The first show will be at 7:30, and the second at 10 pm. Tickets go on sale March 9th.
Brockport’s annual Jobs & Internships Fair has finally arrived. Wednesday, March 7th, between noon and 4 pm in the SERC, students will be able to meet and network with various hiring recruiters to investigate career paths. The Career Fair Plus app will allow attendees to research potential employers. It is available to download on the App Store.
