World Series Parade and Helicopter Crash

By Will Secules

The World Champion Boston Red Sox held their world series parade Wednesday and things got a bit out of hand. A fan was arrested for throwing a can at Red Sox manager Alex Cora and one fan threw a beer can that struck the world series trophy with such force that it broke.

A helicopter crashed into a field in Beekmantown NY, about 20 miles south of Canada. When first responders arrived at the scene, the helicopter was still ablaze and partially hanging from power lines. Two occupants were injured while one of the passengers and one of the pilots were pronounced dead.
